My Story
With over 30 years in professional kitchens — from Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe to luxury private dining in some of the most exclusive settings in the world — I’ve developed a culinary language that is entirely my own. After years at the highest levels of international fine dining, I fell in love with Costa Rica and made Santa Teresa my home over nine years ago.
Today, I work as a sought-after private chef for discerning clients on the Nicoya Peninsula, and I bring that same standard of excellence to every Culin.Art project I take on.
When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll find me in the water. I’m a surfer, a father of two, and someone who genuinely believes that great food — like great waves — is best shared.
